PASSION

For friendship and passion

26 February 2018

The Fratelli Cozzi Museum #SoloPerMe? Of course! You can organise your meeting in the temple of Alfa Romeo collectors.

To spend a Sunday with friends, to experience the emotion of a journey. To tell a new chapter of Alfisti history. We don't know why they decided to leave, but we do know the emotion that greeted them. Thanks to our friends from the Registro Italiano Giulia and Club Montalbano di Lamporecchio for choosing the Fratelli Cozzi Museum to live their passion.

Special thanks to Dr. Rovero, who wanted to share the shots of his childhood in Via Gattamelata. The story of a child who has seen a city transform around him, from that courtyard among the warehouses he used to ride his bicycle around, to the armoured windows of the years of lead. From industrial beauty to decay and abandonment, to the new urban planning of the city, in between the memory of what we were.

Always a pleasure to have Sebastiano Caprì at the Museum with the epic stories of Alfa Romeo test drivers.

The photo below shows a frame from the 1960 film 'Rocco e i suoi fratelli', where the Portello factory can be seen.
