PASSION
The new redhead of the Museum
29 January, 2020
After the success of the much sought-after #Mettilalì, comes the new "red" of the Museum. For her we have chosen an iconic name for every alfista and a sign of good omen for everyone.
It hadn't been easy, after the first great love, to decide whether to try again like this, as new Homer Simpson, we have long wondered with amletico about what to do: "Two beer or not two beer?".

The first experiment with the # Put it on # it went great and the supplies soon ran out. Of course, we could have simply waited until the right season to renew our production but, if you have got to know us by now, we always like to relaunch and look for new challenges.

It is with great joy, therefore, and with discreet thirst that we announce not only THE RETURN of the #Mettilalì, the first beer in the Museum, but the arrival of the newborn #Quadrifoglio: a tribute to the sporting spirit of every alfista, icon of epic deeds and universally known as a symbol of luck.

Let's find out together how our Master Brewer describes the newcomer:

Belgian Tripel style amber beer with evident spicy notes given by the yeast and notes of yellow fruits. The hopping enriches the olfactory profile giving it dryness, making it smooth enough not to perceive the alcohol content.“. IBU 28 ALCOHOL 8% Vol. Taste at a temperature between 8° and 10°.

Beers are available at the Museum during opening days.

"Two beer or not two beer: that is the passion? Homer Simpson."

That's where our redheads come from

CROOKED BREWERY

The RETORTO brewery was born in Piacenza in 2011 thanks to the cooperation of the brothers Marcello, Monica and Davide Ceresa. The name RETORTO, suggested by the toponymy of the valley where the plant is located, represents in an irreverent and ironic way a ruler who does not disdain good beer.

Strong of the aspiration of the brewer Marcello, and all armed with a fervent yearning for the millenary art of beer, they aim to revolutionize the Italian production scene by experimenting new flavors and new sensations.
