CULTURE

Make it spin!

Corporate Culture Week: Make it happen! November is a month with a high level of contamination, appointments and roads to travel together in search of new knowledge, that's what we thought for you!

From 9th to 23rd November the Corporate Culture Week is back, now in its 17th edition with a very curious theme: "The culture industrial: the bridge between the economy and social growth at the heart of European identity'. Obviously we parked our Alfa Romeo cars on that bridge.

Here are some curiosities in preview on the program of the Fratelli Cozzi Museum for the Business Culture Week:

November 12th: Giuseppe Morici presents "Tobe managers while remaining good people." The meeting with Morici, CEO of Bolton Alimentari and previously managers at Procter & Gamble and Barilla, represents for the Fratelli Cozzi Museum a new stage in the path undertaken with Oscar di Montigny and continued with Niccolò Branca and Filomena Pucci, aimed at deepening the theme of ethical marketing. "Today's generation of managers ," writes Morici, " grew up at the time of the revenge of liberalism, has inherited a model that no longer works and therefore questions the future: what is really the role of profit, innovation, the relationship with communities? We need a new vocabulary. We need responsibility, respect, conscience and future orientation. Companies are not economic subjects with a social responsibility, they are social subjects with an economic responsibility. It takes visions, a lot of courage and time to realize them. And you need someone to take responsibility for leadership. With humanism and a touch of lightness."

"Balance is the magic word, not advantage, not profit. Balance remains, profit comes and goes."

WEEK FOR TEENS

As previously announced students following the Museimpresa Lab project will organize a visit to the Museum for teenagers. For some months now they have been working on the initiative through educational outings organized by the participating schools and studying the themes and contents of the Museum.

The focus of the project is, in addition to the deepening of a "story called Italy", the organization of a work team, the management of communication and public speaking: experiences transversal to their study paths and preparatory to the activities they will be able to carry out in their future work.

Even if this photo leaves us with some doubts... what if it was all Elisabetta Cozzi's fault?

On 11 November the Museum will be open to all, as usual free of charge but with compulsory registration at this link

But this isn't over! Within the Week will be dedicated a thematic strand to the National Year of Italian Food, an initiative created by the Ministries Mipaaf (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry) and Mibact to promote the food and wine culture of our country, and we could miss such a delicious opportunity? But it's too early to tell you everything, after all, you're still on holiday!
