#Teloracconto ... under the tree

25 December, 2020

The voice of Silvia Nicolis adds presents under the tree at the Fratelli Cozzi Museum. A special story for our #Teloracconto column that this time will be dedicated to an iconic car for the Nicolis Museum. Listen to her story!

Imagine a table. Sitting there are three different-looking women, but all with a style and a strong character. They are smiling, perhaps toasting with a glass of red wine and talking. They recognise each other's words and tell their stories with passion, and this is how idioms emerge, regional inflections, vowels that close and open like a smile.

What do they talk about? Motors, of course! Oh yes, let's shatter once and for all the stereotype of "women and motors" as we have known it, and try to pronounce it like this: "Women and motors, joy and that's it!" and if the women we imagine are Mariella Mengozzi, Elisabetta Cozzi and Silvia Nicolis, you'll immediately understand that the topic becomes very interesting!

We met SILVIA NICOLIS in this special episode of #Teloracconto and, to be honest, it was a pleasure to find words in her narrative that we feel belong to us: passion, family, memories, but also economy, tourism, school and... one above all: CULTURE!

Yes, because this is what museums do: they start from a theme to broaden the cultural and territorial horizon, promoting the economy of our country, an economy that cannot ignore the greatest wealth we have (and which not everyone can boast): an eclectic and vast cultural heritage.

"Piedmont, Lombardy and Veneto, united by the voice of the three ladies of motors and business culture."

We therefore leave you with Silvia's story and advise you to follow our YouTube channel where you can listen to all the episodes of Teloracconto, where you will also find the pleasant talk by Mariella Mengozzi of the MAUTO in Turin: Piedmont, Lombardy and Veneto, united by the voice of the three ladies of motors and business culture. Enjoy listening!

DO YOU KNOW THE NICOLIS MUSEUM?

It is one of the most prestigious private museums in Italy and Europe. Open to various forms of innovation and experimentation, it is a lively promoter of culture and a point of attraction for the entire territory. Managed with criteria managerialIt is recognised as an effective and concrete example of Museum-Business, i.e. an unconventional cultural institution that promotes knowledge and innovation without losing sight of growth and development objectives.

Through hundreds of cars, motorbikes and bicycles, the museum tells the story of the evolution of transport over the last two centuries. But there is much more in this Museum-non-museum: cameras and typewriters, musical instruments, unobtainable objects.
