Wish you were here!

25 December, 2020

After all, Pink Floyd is always a great solution, so why not add them to the holiday classics? Isn't this the year we often thought 'Wish you were here'?

I was kind of hoping for a reopening before the end of the year. I have to admit that. But it didn't happen, due to health restrictions the museums will not reopen.

In 12 months, in this complicated 2020, we have only been open for a few weeks. Openings that are also limited in terms of the number of people, experienced with a bit of concern for all the rules to be respected, decidedly different from those in which we have been able to experience our visitors as we like: handshakes, hugs, smiles.

We miss you very much and every time we enter the museum we miss all of you, who have always enthusiastically accompanied the guided tours, events and initiatives.

However, I am proud to have faced these difficulties with a spirit of challenge: challenges are in our DNA! For these long months we have been thinking: 'if we can't bring people into the Museum, then we will bring the Museum out '.

"Year after year
Running over the same old ground
And how we found
The same old fears
Wish you were here"

We did it with simplicity, with the enthusiasm and energy that has always driven us to give our best.

Thus were born #TeloRacconto, "Park in the archive", "Get in the car now".

Want to find out what it's all about? On Facebook, Instagram and the Cozzi Brothers YouTube of the Fratelli Cozzi Museum you can see them all!

Not only did we enjoy making them, but the comments and messages with which our followers literally overwhelmed us, gave us real emotion. A virtual 'warmth', yes, but one that we all need so much. Thank you very much. We look forward to opening our doors to you again.
