We've gotten "ugly."
27 February, 2019
"It's the will that changes reality." Now repeat it with the Milanese accent. Even more Milanese, like that of Germano Lanzoni, who is very well known for his "Milanese Imbruttito" which led the For Disruptor Only evening.
If you have followed our social networks you will have understood the meaning of the word "disruptor", if you haven't (badly!!!) we will explain it to you now: "disruptor, innovator" writes the dictionary, "creative by contagion" like to define the creators of For Disruptor Only (#FDO) "a (vicious) circle of events where entrepreneurs, managers and brains who have something to say tell their stories" . An itinerant circle that stopped at the Fratelli Cozzi Museum on Tuesday, February 26. The evening was introduced by Riccardo Bovetti, EY partner, and conducted by the legendary Germano Lanzoni, known as "Milanese Imbruttito", who overwhelmed us with his friendliness and professionalism. But let's go in order and discover the names of the "disrupters" of the evening in Legnano.
Silvia Ricci, Development and Strategy Officer for Ricci SPA, told with emotion and determination the story of Ricci Spa, a construction company founded by her father in 1986. From tradition to innovation through training dedicated to both professionals and workers, this is the strategy implemented by Ricci Spa to project the company into the future. The acquisition of the right managerial figures and innovations in terms of sustainable building, have allowed the company to win the great challenge that, in recent years, has put the sector to the test, achieving both a good economic goal and a lower environmental impact. Paola Papanicolaou, Head of Innovation for Intesa Sanpaolo, illustrated how the banking system interprets epochal changes and, through new technologies, has been able to adapt the institutional bank-customer relationship to a "tailor-made" service, ready to improve performance and reduce time, supporting the development of individuals and companies. Marzio Gussago, Sales Director for Pictet AM Italia, has transformed the world of financial investments into a space-time journey towards a future "that is already reality". And if you don't believe that Smart Cities can be a financial driver, you're missing an important train... or rather a shuttle because, where savers dream, companies have already been investing for some time. The ticket for the future obliterated by Marzio bears his focus "functioning logistics, proactive administration and companies ready to invest in new services."
And what about Germano Lanzoni, known to the public for the success of the "Milanese Imbruttito", where with wit and irony he was able to make Milanese tics (and taaak) universal. And to those who think that his character is the result of a "lucky intuition", we remind that Lanzoni "grew up among off spaces, theatres, cabaret clubs, social centres and ARCI and in his artistic production he has always paid particular attention to the contamination between languages". 21 years of career behind him and a continuous research, have meant that the "lucky intuition" has turned into a great success that is only one of the many chapters of Lanzoni's history.
It was a privilege for us to be able to observe him backstage and see how, through a relaxed dialectic, he probed his interlocutors, capturing, in a very short time, the peculiarities useful for their presentation. He listened with interest to the story of our "little ones" (that's how we call the Alfa Romeos in the collection), giving us in return an extraordinary retrospective of Milanese cabaret, studded with names dear to the tradition such as Renato Pozzetto and the unforgettable Dogui (born Guido Nicheli). We also experienced a nice head-to-head between two stars like Pietro Cozzi and Germano Lanzoni who, for a moment, shared the limelight with mutual admiration. An indelible memory for us "museum pieces" outside the circle of the ramparts that leaves us with a big question: are we more disruptive or more ugly? The answer is probably in this photo.
