CULTURE
He never stops learning
28 September, 2018
Even a museum never stops learning, it has to archive, study... but above all, it has to listen, in order to grow and pass on new knowledge, so we imagined the program of the Corporate Culture Week.
Visitors to the Museum are often surprised. They arrive intrigued by the collection of the splendid Alfa Romeo, often accompanying friends or relatives, and are amazed at the countless chapters of history that our cars tell. Already at the beginning of the guided tour, behind the 1900s the logos peep out and thanks to them it is told of a monarchic Italy first and then a republic and, one step further on, of the Beatles' tour. But telling these stories is not something to be taken for granted, it presupposes a great work of conservation (we can never thank Pietro Cozzi enough), archiving and study, which is why the Museum never stops learning, so that it can pass on this heritage to future generations.
About the importance of conservation and archiving, we will talk about it in the next newsletter, telling you about the seminar organized by Museimpresa in Naples at the Banco di Napoli Archives (see photo), now we want to tell you how much we are learning by organizing the Business Culture Week that will be held from 9 to 23 November.

"I love listening. I've learned a lot of things by listening carefully. Many people never listen."
Ernest Hemingway

The program is varied and includes appointments capable of uniting all generations, from the young students of the Lab Museum program (*), to the adults of the Pope Francis University who will come to visit us, passing through the curious gaze of budding journalists of SempioneNews, to get to the highly anticipated meeting with Giuseppe Morici from which, we are certain, we will draw food for thought and great inspiration to grow as individuals and as companies.

A gluttonous preview: 2018 is also the International Year of Food and we couldn't pass up such a delicious opportunity. The clue we leave you is "Made in Italy".

One of the cornerstones that will keep the different experiences together will be communication and we are asking ourselves "what is the method to communicate more effectively? We are sure that the contamination with such heterogeneous experiences will provide us with interesting answers that will make us grow, because even a Museum never stops listening and therefore learning.

(*) During the Business Culture Week the visits will be carried out in collaboration with the students of the local schools, as foreseen by the "Museo Lab" project, a project of school-work alternation with the final objective to make the students make a new visit to the museum that goes beyond the canons of the classic guided tour.
