THE BEER OF THE TRUE... ALFIST - NEW!

20 October, 2021

AFTER THE METTILALì AND QUADRIFOGLIO THIS IS THE THIRD BEER IN THE MUSEUM: ALFISTA, A GERMAN BOCK WITH CHARACTER!

If you already know and appreciate Mettilalì and Quadrifoglio you will certainly love Alfista, the third craft beer exclusively for Museo Fratelli Cozzi.

The first two beers were dedicated one to the founder Pietro Cozziauthor of the phrase "Put it there" in reference to the Museum's first car, the Giulietta T.I. of 1960, and one to the Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili brand and its sporty, successful and iconic symbol, the Quadrifoglio.

Now it's time to meet the third addition to the Museum: have we made you thirsty yet? 🙂

The Alfista is dedicated to all those who have always loved and supported the Museum and its collection.

This craft beer was also selected with the advice of Legnano Brauhaus. This is how the brewmaster describes it:

"German Bock style red beer characterised by the important use of malts which give it caramel and cereal notes. The German hops make it dry enough to entice drinking. The moderate carbonation makes this beer perfect to be served with food. IBU 15, Alcohol 6,2%, to be enjoyed at 8-10°C."

Museum beers can be purchased on opening days or chosen as a gift for your guests during exclusive events at the Museum!

Cheers!

"No matter how full our lives are: there's always room for a beer." Anna the Witch, from the literary series of the same name.

Our Alfista is already on the Spider, but if you drink, don't drive!

OTHERS

Mettilalì - American Amber Ale

Designed especially for the Museum and for Alfa Romeos, it could only be a red one! It is an American Amber Ale that uses malts capable of giving a pleasant cereal taste and a good sweetness, together with smoked malts that make it more interesting and refined. Dry on the finish, a characteristic conferred by the hops which give it a good aromaticity. It is a well balanced beer, the touch of bergamot zest is the final cherry.

Soft, but with great character. The alcohol content is very well "hidden" yet present with its 6.8 degrees making it perfect for evenings with friends (but not for driving).

Four-leaf clover - Belgian Tripel

An amber Belgian Tripel style beer with clear spicy notes from the yeast and hints of yellow fruits. The hopping enriches the olfactory profile by giving it dryness, making it smooth enough not to perceive the alcohol content. IBU 28 ALCOHOL 8% Vol. Taste at a temperature between 8° and 10°.
